The anterior and posterior surfaces of the handle is embellished with the classic Queen's pattern ornamentation, includes a convex shell design to either side of the terminal, in addition to the honeysuckle and rosette design. This exceptional Edwardian ladle has a plain rounded bowl with an impressive honeysuckle design to the heel. This pattern is most commonly acknowledged/referred to as Queen's pattern, however in the Chawner & Co. Pattern Book bears the name'Rosette'. This antique sterling silver ladle is an exceptional gauge of silver, exceptional quality and in exceptional condition. The ladle has been professionally polished and is in presentation condition. The Queen's pattern decoration is very sharp.
